Made in the early days of my FIELD RECORDINGS ALONE (FRA) practice, I began sculpting club and ambient tracks using ONLY field recordings from my Country, Kombumerri Country ('Gold Coast, Australia')... along with a smattering of vocal samples.

I didn't really know what I was doing, but I think I captured something pure and new in the organic rhythms and mutated birdcalls that were my raw material.

These were my first little babies and I love them, imperfect and misshapen as they are. I hope you do too.
